  • What is return/exchange policy? expand_more
    • 1) Product has to be original & unused state
    • 2) Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
    • 3) In case of return we will provide 100% refund. Note (Refund will be provide in wallet only)
       - Return/Exchange available only in case of received damaged, defective or wrong product. Please mail us on support@livesaree.com for wrong or damage condition only within 7 days of product delivery.

    Below are the Return/Exchange condition for User out side India

    • - You have to raise return/exchange request by sending us email at support@livesaree.com within 7 days
    • - Email must contain OrderID, Return/Exchange Reason, Recieved Product photos
    • - Further Refund or Exchange process will be proceed after product reach to our wearhouse
  • Can I cancel the order? expand_more
    It is very simple to Cancel the order, just goto My orders and select the product which you want to Cancel, clik on Cancel order button.
  • Can I change the shipping address of my order? expand_more
    If product is not already shipped, yes you can change the shipping address. In that case you have to fill contact form with orderId.
  • How do I know the current status of my order? expand_more
    We will send you sms/email notification about Order status and you can also check order status in our website just click on My orders link, you can track your shipment as well.
  • How I know that I have made the order on your website? expand_more
    • 1) You will get sms about order confirmation
    • 2) You will get email about order confirmation
    • 3) If you didn't get above notification, you can check My orders page, if any orders showing there it means your order confirmed
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me? expand_more
    5-7 business days for order from India, 10-15 business days for order out side India.
